These two routers have no SIM slot at all. They connect to an existing modem, ISP line, or another router, and rebroadcast that connection as wider or more reliable WiFi coverage. If you already have working internet but weak WiFi in parts of your home, or need a low-cost router to replace a broken one, this is the category, not a cellular device.

The Tenda F3 has three external 5dBi antennas; the Tenda N301 has two. More antennas generally means wider or more consistent coverage, so the F3 suits a larger home or weaker WiFi corners slightly better.
The N301 has built-in parental controls (website, MAC, and client filtering), which the F3 doesn't offer. The F3 instead has IP-based bandwidth control, useful for limiting how much of the connection one device can use. Pick based on which feature actually matters in your home.
The N301 supports one-push WPS setup for a quick connection to a modem. Both are single-band 2.4GHz routers, not dual-band or WiFi 6, which keeps the price low but caps top speed compared to newer routers.
