LinkUp 5G (also known as LinkUp Pakistan) is an independent retailer of internet connectivity devices in Pakistan. We are not an authorized dealer or official partner of Jazz, Zong, Ufone, Telenor, or any device manufacturer named on this site.

We write our own product descriptions from real research and, where possible, our own testing, rather than copying manufacturer marketing copy. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that every description, image, or specification is completely error-free.

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and can change without prior notice. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price that applies to that order.

You can order through this website, via WhatsApp, or through our contact form. We may contact you to confirm order details before dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if pricing displayed was a genuine error, or if we are unable to verify or reach you to confirm delivery details.

We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash. Cash on Delivery means payment is collected when your order arrives, not before. We do not offer "Free Delivery" as a separate claim; Cash on Delivery is the payment option available on delivery.

We deliver nationwide to 150+ cities, and average delivery takes 5-7 days, though this can vary by location and courier availability. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

LinkUp 5G does not provide a manufacturer or store warranty on the products we sell. The only after-sales protection we offer is the Exchange Policy described on our Exchange Policy page, which covers a genuinely faulty unit reported within 3 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or change-of-mind exchanges. A device that is genuinely faulty due to a manufacturing defect may be exchanged for a replacement under the conditions set out in our Exchange Policy. Please read that page in full before ordering.

We describe each device's network compatibility, SIM type, and PTA approval status as accurately as we can on its product page. It is your responsibility to confirm a device suits your network and location before ordering. Where we state a device is not confirmed as PTA approved, we say so plainly rather than guessing.

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt its normal operation, submitting false information when placing an order, or using content from this site (including product photography and written descriptions) for commercial purposes without our permission.

The text, product photography, and design of this website belong to LinkUp 5G unless otherwise credited. You may not copy or republish them without our written permission.

We work to describe our products accurately and deliver them as ordered. To the extent permitted by law, LinkUp 5G is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a product purchased from us, beyond the remedies set out in our Exchange Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time as our policies or services change. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
